Reviews of Pine Lodge
Fairly clean hotel, and fresh food selection!!!
Fairly quiet and bright rooms with good bathroom! Marvellous and brilliant location, great area.
We have stayed at this lovely family run hotel previously and would come here again. Thank you very much for the really lovely stay for the weekend. The breakfast is delicious with tomatoes and toast, as example and great value. The place has magnificent location really close to attractions. Within 1 km you'll find The Mermaid Inn, where you can drink something.
I had a wonderful stay at a cozy small hotel on the outskirts of Newquay. The lodge had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable, and I enjoyed the nice pool. The best part was the delicious full English breakfast that was included. It was the perfect start to my day before heading out on the beautiful coastal walks.
All was perfect.
The staff where very helpful and kind
Units with very homely decor.
The rooms were spotless and airy, they come with modern bathrooms, a 4 poster bed, as for instance.
The staff - some of them were very rude.
Excellent service, just what we needed. The breakfast was great and sensational and we tasted carbonated drinks. The staff seemed great and kind making our stay a fantastic experience. It was in the central location perfect to get to all local attractions.
We had a wonderful stay at Pine Lodge in Newquay. The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, with a variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool was a great bonus during the summer months. I highly recommend this hotel for a short break in Cornwall.
The hotel was perfectly situated for Newquay town centre. There was always plenty of parking space in the hotel's private carpark. A private small swimming pool and games room were there to be used at will. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, they were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked to order, they were very accomodating for personal dietary needs. There was a good selection for breakfast, croissants, cereals, cooked full English, or other cooked, fresh juice, coffee, tea & fruit etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
The only negative, allbeit very trivial, in my particular room, the ensuite didnt have a sink in it, you had to use the bathroom and then walk through the bedroom to use the sink. The room could have been a bit cleaner, ie, dust on skirting boards, but this wasnt too much of a problem as my husband and myself enjoyed everything else.
Croissants and cereal where fab. Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to the outskirts of Newquay, beaches, and bars.
Our bed was very hard.
The pool was great, the breakfasts were delicious with high-quality ingredients and toast, the staff were friendly and the service was pleasant.
Modern design of interiors in small double room. Smooth check in and terrific service.
We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the town centre just a short walk away. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. We enjoyed spending time on the patio, relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained. The on-site dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were great for meals and drinks. The breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options available. We even appreciated the special diet menus offered, catering to our specific needs.
We recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Delicious and awesome breakfast with tomatoes roasted on the vine, thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a spotless and airy room in the nice building. Plenty of food items served for astonishing breakfast. We loved the location in a peaceful and unbeatable setting, in a very sheltered garden area.
